Product prices shown on our website include applicable sales tax. No additional sales tax is added at checkout.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.99 per order for eligible deliveries within the United States.

Shipping is charged separately from the product price. The shipping charge and total amount payable are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Billing Information

Please provide complete and accurate information at checkout, including your:

Order Confirmation

After your payment is successfully processed, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

Please review the confirmation and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect. If you do not receive it, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us for assistance.

Declined or Unsuccessful Payments

If your payment is declined or cannot be completed, please check your billing details and contact your card issuer if needed. You may also try another accepted card.

If you are unsure whether a payment or order went through, contact us before submitting the same order again so we can help check its status.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not shipped. Approved cancellations of an entire order before shipment receive a full refund, including the original shipping charge, with no cancellation fee.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Return Policy. Returned items are inspected within 1–2 business days of receipt. We do not charge a restocking fee.

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping, and the original $4.99 shipping charge is not refundable. The original shipping charge is refundable when the return is due to an error attributable to K K Nails, including a defective or incorrect item received.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing and for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
