Cancellation Window

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not shipped.

The 24-hour window begins when your order is placed and includes weekends and holidays. Please send your request as soon as possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]” and include:

Your order number.
Your name.
The email address used at checkout.
A clear request to cancel your order.

We review requests during customer support hours. Eligibility is based on when we receive your request and whether your order had shipped at that time. We will email you to confirm the outcome.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, even if your request is within 24 hours of purchase.

If your order has shipped or the cancellation window has passed, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

For an approved cancellation of an entire order before shipment, we refund the full amount paid, including the $4.99 shipping charge, to your original payment method.

We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If your refund has not appeared after this period, contact your bank or card issuer, then reach out to us if you still need assistance.

Cancellations Due to Fulfillment Issues

If we cannot fulfill your order or ship to the address provided, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options.

If the entire order is canceled before shipment because we cannot fulfill it, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping, to your original payment method.

If we notify you of a shipping delay and offer cancellation, that option applies even if the standard 24-hour cancellation window has passed.
